The answer was to go to the doctor. That's why I didn't give more than three stars because I still don't know what's wrong with me.

I did not like the surprise monthly…
I did not like the surprise monthly membership as a way to get through to care. i understand I should pay for my visit, not expecting you to bill Medicare, but a MONTHLY membership fee is unnecessary. I will pay for I suppose the 1 month fee, in order to get the Rx, BUT DEFINITELY WISH TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.

Put the monthly fee in the chat or don't talk about the price at all in chat.
I liked that the assistant knew the right questions to ask. I liked that it was an easy process. I didn't like how the $46 monthly membership fee was not included in the actual conversation. The assistant in the chat mentioned the one time $5 charge but never mentioned the other. It's only the tiny print next to the payment button, outside of the actual chat, that tells you about the $46 monthly fee. I feel confident that they could have answered my medical questions but, if you're going to talk about price in the chat, you need to also talk about the monthly fee. Don't just put that in tiny print on a completely different part of the page. I would have gladly payed $50 to have my questions answered but I passed up the opportunity to talk to one of their doctors out of principle. That's deceptive. Sure all the information is on the page but it's not in the chat where people's focus is and it's also in much much smaller text.

I was charged $66.00 and was told…
I was told the only cost of the consultation would be $2.00 joining fee which is refundable. I live in Canada BC so extra charges for a doctor visit is not permitted. I was charged $66.00 so i inquired as to why and they advised that it was a joining fee to access future services. I did not consent to it and they refunded it when i called and said i did not consent to the charge. The MD was fine, but be aware of the hidden charge as they dont divulge it.

Credit card was to be charged only $2.00.
I understood my credit card would be charged $2.00 and get reimbursed. I check my account and was charged $66.00. I texted telehealth canada and it stated if you need to chat with a doctor and gave this link. Why was I charged and additional $ 66.00?
