I did not know this was available, but I found it extremely helpful and calming. Since I did not know there was such comprehensive help, both a nurse AND a doctor available so quickly, I called my daughter to ask her advice. She suggested I call the Genesis Nurse Line, and when I looked it up on the Internet, there you were. The only problem I had was not knowing where to look or what to do when I was told to fill out the form. I just poked around until something happened, and I was on the way again. Thank you so very much.

I was skeptical about paying for this service but I find it to be extremely useful. The doctor who called me was VERY kind, compassionate, professional and helpful.

The doctor suggested several suggestions for what was going on and did stress that I needed to see a doctor in person.
