I was contacted by a wonderful doctor who addressed every single issue with calm, gentle, detailed care. She made sure I understood what I had to do pertaining to the schedule of treatment. She calmed me down completely!

Because I was being heard
Because I was being heard, and my specific needs were being addressed. The Good-Doctor was patient, kind in his explanation and made sure that I fully understood what could be done and what would be advisable to do. I appreciate this service, thank you for making it available. It would have been nice if my PCP would have responded to my needs then I wouldn't have had to go this route.
