Great service and fast connection

Dr. Roberts was not only knowledgable and caring, but had excellent bedside manner in addressing anxiety around my situation. He certainly provided a holistic approach to my injury.

My questions were all answered and I was referred to a pharmacy where I can get my earwax removed.

Great customer service by the staff and the Dr., very attentive and kind. watchful waiting and checking in until I was connected. The Dr. was strictly top drawer! He was professional, has terrifc people skills, he was warm, attentive and made me feel comfortable with my own knowledge. He was knowledgable while being patient and asked me if I was following him, not just giving a lecture to the phone.

Very quick service! Very efficient and super easy. Dr. Joe Was so helpful and gave sound advise. What he said made sense and gave both of us some relief. This is our first time using this service and we would give it an A+ I was going to try to convince my husband to go to the E.R. where we would have spent all day.
