Helpful, swift, knowledgeable, but no help

It helped me to ascertain the real problem in my case. It isn’t my heart directly although it is compensating for another problem and am experiencing elevated heart rate and heightened stress levels according to my Garmin watch. My sleep machine is gradually failing and has experienced enough of a pressure drop that I am noticing it in my body during the daytime. The cardiologist was able to confirm through blood pressure and heart rate checks that my heart was not experiencing tachycardia, afib or otherwise. Still there was a puzzle as to why the elevated heart rate while at rest. Of course I still need to confirm this with a physician but I am confident that all indicators are pointing to a failing Bipap ASV.
