I live in NZ, so was surprised when i ended up on a USA site after contacctng what i though was our local healthline. Kept gojng though, and recieved the confirmation i was looking for, foe my grandson's condition. My one comment would be, that the emails and requests for feedback while the consult was ongoing was a little confusing. Thank you

You will have to wait for an answer but they will help you out and make sure you are helped. If you are here to maybe to get a letter for work or school or any place that need an excuse of absence this is not your place they don't help with that sadly.

Wasn't to happy about talking with AI but the doctor reassured me I was OK...but then being told I had a previous account and was being auto billed for membership renewal of $46. made me unhappy. But online cancellation was easy and the money was credited back the next day, so all is well! I would use again!
