Be warned!
Even though the medical advice was very helpful, be very careful if using this site! A major complaint is the "bait and switch" tactic, where a low initial fee (eg. US$5 becomes a monthly subscription up to US$50 without you being informed or agreeing on this supposed “subscription”). The FTC have filed a lawsuit in January 2026 against JustAnswer for deceptive subscription practices.

Most ridiculously bad experience
Most ridiculously bad experience. I spoke to chat bots the whole time. I wanted to be matched with a doctor. Described my issue to a chat bot for 15 minutes. Then, I was transferred to a lawyer (!). Once I pointed out the confusion, I was still unable to speak to a human.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS
DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! Pretty sure they are bought! Scammers! They used a deceptive mimic to appear like Avee Health. I was promised a fully refundable $5 fee, then after that I received an email stating I have been charged a NON REFUNDABLE $80 fee in addition to the $5. When I asked for a refund, they replied that they will not refund me because it was on the check out page. I called and the agent repeated that, when I said I will call my bank to dispute the transaction she said go for it. I read that this company was sued in January for this specific reason! Deceptive acts where they provide limited info about the required monthly subscription on their website, and they do NOT disclose the terms CLEARLY and conspicuously as required by the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA)

I didn't get answer because I don't have a credit card to pay the money i went bankrupt
I couldn't reach out to let them know I had a problem with payment. There was nowhere to explain

They will rob you
Complete scam. They advertise themselves as cheep as 5 dollars for service but the go behind your back and charge you 50+ without telling you and refuse to refund, they know it's sketchy and wrong and they do it anyway. They don't care about you just taking advantage of people who need help.

Not worth the money
I just wanted to ask a doctor a concern about my kid. I only used it once and was not happy with the answer which was vague and not helpful. Then I get a surprise charge for $60 that they refuse to put back.

These guys tried to scam me
These guys tried to scam me. I was told that $5 refundable will be charged to my account, but the charge was $69.
