Wonderful quick experience!

After talking to the doctor about my concerns I felt confident that the best course of action was to go to the hospital. I did so and was well cared for and got the answers and treatment I needed. I’m glad I called and very glad I went to hospital!!

Honestly I got the recommendations from the Doctor, one must see if they work before giving any real feedback. Two minutes after talking to a Doctor one can't form a real opinion without see the results of the recommendations. Your survey should be a week to two weeks out. All I know is the doctor was pleasant to talk too.

Convenience is great without having to go to ER.

At 2:00am, certainly better than emergency dept at distant hospital! Your doctor called promptly, addressed each of my concerns n made it possible to follow her instructions easily and effectively. Frankly, option of ER was devoutly to be avoided if possible, n unlike many subdawn calls, my MDthrough Just Answer was able to provide immediate n effective assistance! Thank you!

Dr. Li was very understanding and addressed each of my questions/concerns. She allowed me to express our experiences and offered helpful and good advice. I was impressed with the completeness of the experience and would recommend it to anyone who needs/wants some guidance.
