Simple and effective
Simple and effective. While my issue was not particularly serious, the process of connecting with a doctor was quick and easy. I was initially hesitant about the upfront payment, but used a virtual card offered through my bank to ease my mind. The doctor was helpful and extremely professional, and I was totally satisfied with their service. Note that I chose to chat online, rather than give my phone number, so I can't really speak to the quality over the phone. I'd recommend this service to anyone with a problem that they can't find an answer to on their own.
