The doctor seemed very knowledgeable, but what was frustrating to me was that my phone did not ring (didn’t recognize phone number) when the doctor called and I had to deal with texting. I would’ve preferred conversation.

She did address my flu concerns, although I expected as much. I wanted to know if what I was doing was correct. I'm not usually sick and I am remote. I did have a bit of difficulty understanding through her accent, and she wasn't understanding that not all callers (like me) live in California where she lives/works (I recognized the area code on her # that being from SF/bay area). That surprised me a bit. Otherwise, it's nice to know you can get help when needed. thx

The process was easy and convenient.

The doctor was great. The cost for the phone call was not given before hand. 75$ is kind of expensive. As well as a 7$ fee for joining the service. The call time is limited so the doctor kept having ti call back ti finish our conversation. His written notes were very useful and it was. Nice to have it all for future reference.

The doctor was able to suggest immediate treatment, even able to view a helpful photo of my symptoms. I appreciated the immediate input, especially as urgent care facilities nearby were closing and unable to see me.
