Well I wanted a prescription. I'm in Australia and the doctor was in the US so totally useless. I got charged a membership fee even though I never agreed to it and terminated the interview with the doctor before giving him any information because he said he couldn't give me a prescription. From my perspective a total scam. BTW I initially was on an Australian site.

SCAM!! They have taken $132.00 from my account WITHOUT having completed an appointment. I have money randomly being taken out of my bank and when I try to contact them about this and get a refund they try to make me pay a fee to just hear from someone. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Will be contacting my bank on Monday to have this looked into.

In March I obtained advice from Ask a Doctor, and provided my credit card details which were then used to withdraw $66 each month, payments which were unauthorised. 10 such monthly payments were paid for services not requested, so I am requesting a refund of $660. Thank you

I paid a pharmacist to tell me that I have to wait two days and if it doesn't get better, go to the doctor, I already knew that. I want my money back and cancel my subscription

I tried to use Askadoctor.help, but never received any answers or conversation. However they did charge $59 to my credit card. Again, I received nothing! Its a scam…run

My wife called for our neighbor and told me it would only be 5 dollars. I got a charge for 46.00 . Ok I paid it she did use the service. Now I just got another 46 dollar charge so I called to get a refund and was told it was a membership and could not get a refund. You have to call to cancel a membership I didn't know I had. Seems like a total scam.

Review for AskADoctor App: Stay Away! Avoid this app at all costs! They lure you in with a $1 charge, promising to refund it, but they never do. Worse, they start charging $66/month, even after you cancel. I had to dispute the charges, win the dispute, and they STILL kept billing me, wasting even more of my time. The only way to stop them was to change my credit card entirely. These scammers are a nightmare to deal with. Stay far away from this service!

They charged me with $2 CAD, which I dont mind, but they charged me 66 dollars after asking a question that was not made transparent that I have to pay for a membership I didn't ask for. No receipt, no nothing. Talked to Galiera customer service and said I was not eligible for a refund. I am broke and do not appreciate this lack of transparency. Use this service at your peril.
