Well what Dr. Basu indicated made sense. The total experience will only be told once I've actually had a chance to try out his suggestions and see if they worked.

He addressed my concerns, and let me know what he should not be doing.

After explaining my issues, the doctor really put my mind at ease and explained everything so thoroughly.

I liked the experience of submitting questions online, far more than I thought I would. I asked better questions when I write and edit my questions. I only wish I could have a transcript of the conversation. I don't retain information that easily. I suppose there are all sorts of potential problems with that--intellectual property, copyright, etc. At least it's a step in the right direction.
