My experience with the doctors was really good. I gain some good knowledge from them.

They did not leave any questions unanswered, nor unexplained but addressed each carefully and thoroughly. Then, before leaving once more double-checked. I am well pleased.

My daughter was sick with the flu, we were snowed in and we could not get to a doctor, store or pharmacy. The road was covered with inches of snow and all businesses was closed. I used the Just Answer app and received a call from Dr. Li. She was able to provide me home remedies to help my daughter feel comfortable, relieve some of her symptoms and to speed up her recovery. Dr. Li is very professional, well spoken, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Her years of medical experience are apparent and professionally communicated. I had a great experience using the Just Answer app and talking to Dr. Li. When needed, I hope to be able to reach out to Dr. Li again for medical advice. I would highly recommend Dr. Li.
