This company is a scam. I was told the charge for answering a question was $5, which I agreed to. When I checked my credit card account, I saw that I was charged $46! Now, I must alert the public of this scamming by “Ask the Doctor” because it is deceitful and time-consuming to address and correct this advertising prevarication. I was charged and never even spoke to anyone. I can't find any contact information to be able to dispute these charges.

First, they don't really give any valuable advice. I was connected to someone who hardly spoke English and whose best advice was "call 811, it's hard to say anything over the phone". Second, his description of 811 service was highly inaccurate. Finally, it is not $2. It is more than $100. For this money I could have arranged a home visit.

It is scam which will deduct money from our account monthly. I have logged dispute unauthorised dispute transection to my bank .

UPDATE: Just when I thought my subscription is already cancelled. They charged another $66 again. This is ridiculous. I get this response to keep an eye on a personal message- no one message. Now, I am really upset. **** Honestly, I can’t remember how much I have signed up for. I used this service to ask a medical question. The answer that I got is pretty vague (sounds like an AI answer). It wasn’t really helpful at all. When I gave that feedback, they offer another specialist. But I have no expectations or whatsoever, I just thought it’s not worth it. I guess you got what you paid for. Then, they started charging me $68 AUD on December- I thought that since one of the doctor has responded to me (that I never gotten back to) that’s why they charged me for it. But when I first got that deductions, I have no idea who ‘askadoctorhelp’ because it really made no impact to me. I never used the service again. Then they charged me $66 AUD again in January and they tried deducting another $66 AUD this Feb. Ofc! They get away with that tiny print that says you have signed up for a subscription. I have no idea that it is. I honestly wanted my money back. When I asked why I get these deductions, I have the worst response ever. By the way, I have not received that ‘confirmation email’ that says I have signed up for the subscription. Plus their website is super hard to navigate when you’re trying to look for answers. Took me more than 5 minutes to figure out where “My Account” is.

I been charge 5 dollars plus 41 dollars no doctor has called me back.on the web site say 5 dollar to speak I'm visiting USA. This is a pure scam. NORBERTO RAGGIO

Told me it would only cost $5 and charged my $45 - no where was it ever listed that I would have to pay a monthly membership fee. Not on the page where I filled out my credit card info either. Intentionally misleading and gross behavior.

I asked a doctor about my symptoms and he/she/it (probably a bot) told me to take an over the counter thing and then I was charged 46 extra dollars . The reading I agreed to said I would be charged 5 to speak with doctor. I’d like the 46 dollars back
