Be careful of fraud charges
Advice was well received. However, I was charged $46.00 which I did not expect and then was charged another $46.00 the next month when I didn't even use the site. Had to get a new credit card for a suspicious, fraud charge.

I am still being charged $66.00 and…
I am still being charged $66.00 and have only ever had one consult and didn’t agree to future charges of this amount! 😡 I have rang previously and thought it was sorted but yesterday got charged $66.00 again! NOT HAPPY

Scam as they charge more than you agree to
My experience is like many of the one star reviews. I agreed to be charged $5 but was charged the $46 for the monthly service. This is deceptive and not what any of us agreed to. The sound quality of the call with the Dr was awful and we both had to repeat ourselves. However, he did give some good advice

When a customer doesn't receive a helpful answer we encourage them to respond to the Expert and tell them why the answer wasn't helpful. This will accomplish two things: 1) the Expert will work on a better answer, but if the answer is still not satisfactory, you can ask the Expert to opt out of the question and open it to other Experts and 2) other Experts will be aware that you are still waiting for a helpful answer and they may respond on the page. I didn't know the call was over
Takes some time to get a response back. Simple questions can be answered but you really need to see your specialist doctor in person. My question pertained to a medication only available in the US right now.

VERY DECEPTIVE
I used this service once a little over a month ago, I guess. It was supposed to have just been 1 dollar. When I looked at my cc statements, I noticed 2 charges for 46 dollars each. I had no idea that they signed me up for a membership. This is extremely deceptive and should be against the law. I never received anything stating that i was signing up for a membership. Now I'm out 92 dollars and it would have been cheaper to just go to the actual doctor. Not much more I can say other than live and learn and never use this service again.
