They charged my bank account a $90 recurring fee without linking me to a doctor fot a prescription. Complete fraud. Be careful.

I never signed up for the service and notices 4 monthly charges on my bank card. When I contacted askadoctorcancel/subscription, 4 times, each time I was requested to yet spend another $5 to fix the issue. Frustrating, this site is a fraud, in my opinion. They never did cancel so I am going to my bank to cancel the ach that I have no recollection of authorizing.

WARNING! AskADoctor . Com deceives you into signing up for a subscription, pretending it’s a one-time service. I was initially happy to pay $50 for a consultation to resolve an issue with my fridge. However, to my dismay, they started withdrawing $50 from my account every month. When I attempted to cancel the subscription, the “doctors assistant” in the chat instructed me to fill out a form with all my bank details while she connected me to someone to cancel. It’s clearly stated in bold that there will only be a one-time $5 charge for this process. However, they prevent me from returning to the chat and instead keep me stuck on the bank information screen. Then, I noticed the small print, which explicitly stated that this would initiate another bank detail page subscription with a monthly fee of $48.99. (It was something close to this but it won’t allow me to go back and took). Once she sent me to that page, I couldn’t go back to the chat or their website to resolve this issue. It just stays frozen on that page. It’s as if they’re deliberately keeping me on this page, trying to collect my bank details. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone did this just to go back to their chat. This practice seems highly suspicious and potentially fraudulent. I strongly advise against using AskADoctor . com. I believe they may be collaborating with JustAsk, as I had used JustAsk before and didn’t recall ever using AskADoctor. Their tactics are truly deceptive and should be avoided

Since I can’t find my review. I’m writing another one. This site is fraudulent! Told me at the beginning that it would be a 1 time fee of $5. I just like other reviews that I have read was charged $70. It’s a scam to get you to sign up for a subscription and I don’t appreciate it. I have sent an email but have yet to get a response. Oh and don’t try to chat because they charge you for that too. Complete scam! With the exception of Dr Li and her useful advice but I’ve been waiting to get my prescription and I have never received it and it’s not at my pharmacy. Will be reporting as well.

THIS COMPANY HAS TAKE N 2- 65.00. I QASKED ONE QUESTIOIN FROM. MY CREDIT CARD. I W3ILL BER REPORRTING THIS TO THE PA BETTER BUSWINESS BUREAU AND THE ONE IN WASHINGTON D.C.

Deceptive practice of signing up to membership without telling you.

I called this number on the advice of a friend for a sudden medical condition I got during a holiday weekend. I spoke to a person who gave me advice. We had about a 10 minute phone call. Then I saw a charge of $70 on my credit card. Then a month later another charge for $65. They evidently signed me up for a recurring subscription of $65 a month WITHOUT TELLING ME. I had no idea that it cost anything at the beginning but I was willing to pay the first $70 which I thought was for the one phone call. Anyway, I contacted them via phone and a robot told me they would cancel "my subscription" (that I never signed up for) so I am out another $65 and I hope they really cancel me or I will have to cancel this credit card and get a new one. I find this practice highly predatory and illegal. Not once did anyone ask my permission to sign me up for a recurring subscription at such a fee.

Tried to charge me 70 dollars. My bank refused it and canceled my bank card because of the scam. No help at all for my heart issues. Now I have to spend hours fixing the card issue.
