Dr. spent 5 seconds or less on line… for a simple UTI… and immediately refers me to an urgent care…. Hoping they don’t bill me $100 for this… and it is ridiculous the way this was handled.

They charge you again and again. You allow them to do this becoase when you click yes to get a doctor it’s in the fine print. They will charge you monthly.

Its not really explained that they will charge you $2 PLUS $73. You read the $2 (REFUNDED) and think ah ok, if they dont help at least is refunded. Then they say is 73$ for someone to answer but in your mind they are doctors, but not. They are people to tell you basic things that google can tell you. Don't fall for the scam guys.

Over the last 2 months you have taken 2 payments of $66.00 dollars for a membership I didn't sign up for. Initially it was a $2.00 1 off payment. Now a payment was taken out in February and another last week. My bank will not refund me. I hope that you will cancel whatever membership you signed me up for and return my money. That's fraud.
