I was in great pain from extreme crampon and stigimh for n my legs. My neighbors bought me some Gatorade plus a gallon of milk. That was so kind of my neighbors. I was in so much pain. The online doctors told me what to do . Since I was really low on funds, the Female doctors had me put a dash of salt and a Tsp of sugar in the glass and stir.
