Doctor u derstood I didn’t know but i thought he could call i pain script for me. I miss understood

We understood that we would be receiving a phone call. Therefore I kept the phone in my pocket as I moved around the house. Apparently I needed to stay by my computer to accept the call and missed the call. Shortly after we were contacted by Dr. Shah who addressed our concerns clearly and thoroughly via chat. Pre and post op recommendations were spot on. We printed a copy .

The experience was good overall. However, it was a lo confusing when they sent me from the cvs platform to the just answer app.

The response was very good but unfortunately there was no real new information to be had. I already understand my situation so I was just hoping that there could be something new and encouraging.

I had 2 doctors and 2 different solutions. The 1st did treatment the 2nd did not. I had 2 because of technical difficulties. My overall experience was good and resolved in 24 hours. Thank you.

Very good overall. Waited a while for doctor which is not surprising. She was awesome.
