extremely long wait times in between…
extremely long wait times in between answering. utterly unhelpful advice, got more details information from, and I hate to say it, chatgpt. I was desperate for help with a dermatology issue that I forked out money for this service and after a bad doctors appointment today where she prescribed me the wrong thing, was dismissive and rude, I signed up to this hoping for a second opinion and receiving AI like responses every 20 mins with no new information or advice.

Well, I was charged $77 when I thought that I was getting one week's free trial and was asked to put my credit card number in so that I could be charged $1 I demand that you refund that money to me. Thanking you Ursula Scott

Didn't see 57$ charge very upset
Didn't see 57$ charge very upset. It's like a hidden fee. It said 8$ then an additional 57$ was taken out of my account. Just be aware it's not 8$ it's 57+8. No one wants to be a member. Who would pay for that. People just want info. Who is going to pay 57$ a month for a temporary issue. Just wanted some advice. Never asked to be a member of anything.

Beware of rip off!
The doctor was good, but I was told that it cast $5 and then I received a bill for $55. It's a scam! Don't trust them, they rip you off!

Waste of time and money
I waited for a phone call for over 30 minutes and the phone call was literally one minute long. All the pediatrician told me was to go to the ER. He didn’t ask any further questions beyond what I provided the AI assistant and didn’t ask for photos. A big waste of time and money.
