I needed to speak to a professional immediately because I could not wait for after the holiday. I was connected quickly and the dentist answered my questions for me as well as give me suggestions on what to do.

The dr was very reassuring. It helped to speak to her. The only issue I had was her accent, difficult to understand her. But when I asked she spoke slowly to make sure I was understanding.

I received an answer quickly. The questions I asked and they asked made me to know it was a live conversation. I appreciate that. I do wish I could get back to the answer she gave.
