The web link said it was free advice, then when being connected to a doctor, I was asked about a phone call or chat to continue, and phone call was "recommended". I ask if it would cost me and if so, the chat was okay. Then, was told $5 and it was refundable (I assume to be applied to the cost of the consolation via phone call). The $5 was okay, but it was a bit of "bait and switch" marketing.
