Got a call quick, the Dr was kind, patient, and helpful explaining things in detail. The website experience was frustrating as it has a "gotcha" technique of asking you tons of questions them saying "Now pay $75 and you can talk to a Dr. now" when I hear no idea what if any fees were going to be charged and would have preferred to know first. However, I decided with my insurance it's cheaper and easier so I went through with it and probably saved time and money.
