Dr Li was really thorough and provided…
Dr Li was really thorough and provided a lot of good information. The thing that delayed me getting my prescription was that it wasn’t clear to me that I had to go to another area to fill out patient forms. So I kept bothering doctor just because of problem with communication but I’m not sure where that happened. Now that I’ve got that done I feel like it will be smooth sailing and would love Dr Li again. I was very pleased to actually get a urologist for UTI situation. That was fantastic!

It was easy to get connected to a resource: It was easy to connect with the resource of my choice. Also, the call came in quickly from the doctor with whom I spoke. She was kind and obviously knowledgeable in her field of medicine. My hope was that she could call in a prescription to my local pharmacy, but she was unable to do that. However, I found an over-the-counter solution with the help of an excellent local pharmacist, so all ended well with a solution to my problem. Linda Simmons, Date of experience: March 24, 2026
