Ashley HomeStore issued us an Outdoor Protection Plan for Indoor Living Room Furniture in August 2020 (during COVID). I have been calling the Fort Worth, TX Store on North Freeway and Customer Service for almost 4 weeks. They admit it was their error, but they don't seem to know how to fix it. The GBS /ProtectAll cannot start a claim until the 2020 Protection Plan has been corrected. I hope to get this resolved since we love their furniture.
