This place is a bunch of Con artists. Once you purchase something, you are on your own!! The furniture is cheaply made junk!!

Do NOT buy the warrenty plan no matter what. They are a scam. My reclining mechanism broke and they denied my claim becuase I could not tell them why the reclining mechanism broke.

My complaint is more about who they choose to use for extended warranty. Reguard Protection is a fraud who will do anything to not have to honor their contract. I had an approved warranty claim. First they were gonna ship out replacement, no cost to me. Then WEEKS later they tell me item is discontinued. Then WEEKS later try to issue me a credit for the item. Problem being they shorted delivery. As far as Reguard is concerned if they replace it they cover delivery but if they can't replace it, you cover delivery. That'll be an extra $300 out of my pocket for a warranty that only paid out $700. I won't use ashley furniture again as long as Reguard is their extended warranty provider.

We are never buying from Ashley Furniture again!!! 2 months ago we bought dinning room table and 6 chairs. The first one delivered, had a corner broken, and someone tried to stick back on the table corner, and tape marks or something in some places on top of table. The guys that delivered left grease marks on one of the chairs. Called, got 2nd table delivered, there were small gouges out of the wood on the insert and the table next to insert. I called again, got 3rd table delivered, noticed the stain on top of table was going across the grain, not with the grain of the wood like it normally should be stained! I called, had tech. come out, said that is normal! I went to store where I bought it, that table has very, very faint stain marks! We are retired people, on a fixed income, we spent a lot of our money! The quality of their furniture is terrible!! Through the years we bought a lot of furniture from Ashley, their quality has gone down hill terribly!!!!

I purchased $3800.00 worth of furniture. They let me take home 2 end tables off the floor. When we got home we discovered the end table legs rocked and were not even. They would not replace it. I cancelled a $3800.00 order because they would not honor an exchange of a $200.00 end table. But praise God I went to another furniture store and saved $1000.00.

Purchased a couch July 24, 2024 with ASAP delivery. Never told their policy of 1-4 weeks. Called Customer Service after hearing nothing for two almost 3 weeks, and was told their policy. Ok I'll wait. Three weeks go by, called Customer Service and was read the same speech; I asked for a supervisor and was given to Skye. I asked if they valued my business because the previous girl told me to go to the store and ask for my money back. Skye did her best. After talking with her, I did receive a text telling me they check their stock/delivery everyday and will let me know when I can expect mine. That was 10 days ago. So after waiting 4 plus weeks, I went into the store and asked for a refund. Was not greeted, but ok. Went to the desk and a woman asked how she could help me. Told her I wanted a refund after waiting 4 weeks and hearing nothing. She went to her computer, punched a couple numbers, talked with an older man maybe the manager. No one asked if there was anything they could do to save the deal, offer an apology, NOTHING. I don't recommend shopping there. Big Lots has the same stuff...

**** WARNING **** Never Buy Anything Made By Ashley Furniture and Never Buy Furniture From Ashley. They use a Bait & Switch Scam to deliver Junk. I bought furniture from Ashley Homestore (AHS) which is owned by Dufresne Spencer Group (DSG). As you know, I paid good money for New, Undamaged Furniture. DSG showed up to deliver the furniture. I thought they were delivering what I ordered. Instead they ran a Bait & Switch Scam, by bringing in Broken Furniture and basically running out, leaving me with their damaged and broken furniture. They continued to victimize me by refusing to Refund my money. They Demand and Strong-Arm you to repair what was supposed to be delivered in new and undamaged condition. I didn't pay for New Furniture, so Dufresne Spencer Group, could send me Broken Junk and force me to repair it. Dufresne Spencer Group dba Ashley Homestore runs this Scam Nationwide, at all their locations. Do your Research and see the truth. It's not just Dufresne Spencer Group it is actually all of Ashley Furniture is Junk, made in Vietnam, China and other locations, with Cheap Materials and Cheap Quality Manufacturing.
