Thank you so much for this wonderful review 🙌 We're so happy the custom room divider turned out just as you envisioned, and that the build quality felt solid to you 🌳 We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to Elara, it means a lot to her and the whole team that the communication, progress photos and delivery follow-up made the experience feel transparent and smooth 💛 We also truly appreciate you trusting us with a piece of functional art, especially when you were unsure at first. Hearing that you'd happily use us again and recommend us to others is the best compliment we could ask for ✨ Thank you for choosing Ashdeco, we hope to craft something special for you again soon 🌿

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're sorry to hear the piece arrived damaged and that your experience didn't meet your expectations, that's never what we want for our customers. We'd really like the chance to look into this properly, understand what happened with the packaging, and make it right. Every piece is handcrafted from solid wood in our workshop, so we'd also welcome the opportunity to address your concerns about the construction directly. Please reach out to our team, we're always happy to listen and work toward a resolution. Warm regards, Ashdeco

Thank you for such a heartfelt review! 🥰 We're so glad the pieces arrived safely and turned out exactly as you envisioned, that's always our goal. It means the world to us that they now have a special place in your study, and we especially love that your grandson's LEGO creation gets to sit alongside the artwork 🧱✨ What a lovely way to bring family into the piece! Thank you for trusting us with your vision, and for sharing it with your family and friends 💛 We hope to craft something special for you again soon!

Thank you for sharing this feedback 🙏 We're sorry to hear the finish and hardware didn't meet the standard you expected from a piece meant to last, that matters a lot to us, especially for something intended to be an heirloom 🪑 We'd like the opportunity to take a closer look at both concerns, the stain coverage and the screw standoff distance, and see what we can do beyond the discount already offered, whether that's a proper repair, replacement hardware, or another solution that actually addresses the issue 🔧 Please reach out to our team, so we can review this with you directly. We're always open to listening and making things right 💛
