We do want to clarify one important point for the record, every piece we make, including yours, is handcrafted from 100% solid wood, never MDF 🌳 And it's so obvious through our step by step emails of approvement. That's a core part of who we are as a company. We also want to confirm that a full refund was issued for your order. We know the process took longer than it should have, and we're sorry for that added stress on top of everything else.
