Andrés Quinzaños G.
The quality of the product isn’t as good as other products from similar brands.
Response from AshbubbleApr 11, 2024
Hello Andrés, We're genuinely sorry to learn about your experience with our product. As one of our first customers in Europe, your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. We've recently transitioned to a new print provider in the region, and it seems there was an oversight resulting in the delivery of a subpar shirt. We've since made adjustments to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality garments. We'd like to make it right for you by sending you one of our new, soft, and high-quality shirts. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll arrange for the replacement promptly. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate your support. Warm regards, Ashley
