ASG The StoreReviews of asgthestore.com

Great product, quick delivery! All was as expected and on time. I would and have recommended this site and product to friends.

Great customer service

These guys are top notch. Questions answered less than 24hrs. They reached out to me via email and phone call about a hiccup in billing and they shipped same day. Can’t ask for much more. Btw great prices is why I was on the website to begin with.

Peter is extremely responsive and helpful. Customer service is excellent.

Unfortunately the item I ordered was out of stock and while it took a phone call from me to find this out, you at least were prompt on giving me a refund…

I am very happy with the Product (AEROCOMFORT ROAD 3.0 TSA BIKE TRAVEL BAG) and the service. I will shop with you again!

I’m very happy with my purchase and experience with the ASG staff. There was a unexpected delay with shipping that I received immediate updates and an option to cancel my order. I’m so glad I didn’t cancel. Bike case arrived sooner than expected and I made my first trip with it two days later!

Great service. I had had several questions and a representative helped me dthrough them promptly. . Very happy with the communications.
