Processing loan was easy
Customer service was very helpful with questions and getting through the process in a timely manner. Any errors we made were corrected by them quickly. The loan was processed quickly and efficiently. The website and notifications prompt and push you through, and it makes everything fairly easy for a user not having to guess at what to do next. Great experience. No complaints.
