Clear Communication
The first email I received after getting a loan, said that I owed $36k on August 15th. It didn’t include the year or that my minimum payment of $25 is due on the 15th. It was very alarming and confusing. I talked with a few students about it because they received the same email and were in a panic. The loan process was simple and user friendly. Everything was great until that first email after the funds were sent to the school. The third email was a welcome email that explained everything, which would’ve been nice to receive first.

Ascent Funding is amazing!
Ascent funding is absolutely wonderful. Every interaction with customer service has been wonderful. They are fantastic. I will use them again for all my school funding needs. 5 stars!
