Ascendtech, Inc.Reviews of ascendtech.us

Ascendtech really delivered! The keyboard I purchased was shipped instantly and arrived in perfect condition. You wouldn't believe the quality of the packing materials. My favorite kind of box (like a jacket would come in), one that I will be able to reuse for sure. The keyboard itself looks like new and works great! Shopping with Ascendtech was so easy. Their description was detailed and accurate. I am one happy customer! Thank you, Ascendtech!

ust what we needed - excellent service

I helped my friend order his new computer from Ascendtech, which came with an Asus motherboard, two 500GB hard drives, 8 GB RAM, a quad core AMD processor and windows 7 x64. Right out of the box the computer had problems. I tried several different fixes to no avail so I called customer service and they had me reaching inside the box messing with cables. I got the computer to work after much hassle, but then the computer started messing up again and randomly shutting off or freezing up. I have much experience working on computers, so I was frustrated when the usual fixes weren't working. We lost the window to send it back under 30 day warranty, so we called them again and they told us some bull about "soup of the day". Basically, they said "tough cookie". I give them one star because that is the lowest possible choice. I will never do business with Ascendtech again, nor shall I send any of my friends that way. If you were considering going with Ascendtech to save a couple hundred dollars, don't! It will be much more cost-effective to spend the extra $ and go with a better company.

From my first order from Ascendtech this company makes ordering on line so easy that you want to keep ordering from them again and again. Thank you for the Great service and fast shipping it's been a joy.

I ordered this on a Saturday, got confirmation & shipment on Monday and received the drive on Wednesday via USPS. I am very happy with the drive. It works with Dell and Lenovo laptops. Good service, good products; what more can you say.

Motherboard was accurately described and illustrated on their website. It was well packaged and received one day early, and in good condition. If necessary I will use this company again when possible.
