I am on my 3rd week of moving into an Ascend Property. They have been amazing. I was a homeowner for 20 years. I sold my house almost 2 years ago. I rented from a different company previously at a different property and had a horrendous experience with that particular management company. Im talking slumlord status, never doing repairs, and unhabitability issues. Let me tell you what a relief it has been to have maintenance done so quickly. I have several maintenance requests in the portal. They have been responded to quickly and resolved within days. Truly has restored my faith in property management companies.

The staff are so courteous and friendly, I had a leak in bathroom on Christmas Eve they still managed to keep in contact and and send someone out within a few hours. So glad my landlord switched our companies.

Ascend stepped in when the property owner was not able to take care of the repairs. The Ascend person showed up on time and promptly fixed both issues.

Recently, my water heater went out during the middle of winter, which was especially inconvenient and uncomfortable. Ascend’s team was incredibly responsive and acted quickly to get hot water back on as soon as possible. I particularly appreciate that they have a full-time plumber on staff rather than outsourcing. It makes a big difference to have someone who’s familiar with the property and the team, and I felt confident that the issue would be handled professionally and efficiently. The new plumber they hired is courteous and competent, and I’m glad to be working with someone who’s a regular part of their operation rather than a temporary contractor. Overall, I’m very happy with how Ascend handled the situation. Excellent communication, timely service, and a solid, in-house plumbing resource.
