I’m new renting with Ascend I’m not happy thus far. I can’t get accurate information from the office when I call in. I moved in suppose to have a refrigerator and there’s NONE. MY GARAGE REMOTE DOES NOT WORK.I HAVE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES WHOS MY ELECTRICITY AND GAS COMPANY IM STILL NOT CLEAR AND IM ALL MOVED IN . EMAILS AND MESSAGES ARE LEFT UN ANSWERED . IM VERY NERVOUS AT THIS POINT I HAVE BEEN IN MY PLACE 3DAYS I PRAY THIS ALL GETS BETTER
