Regarding the management sign placed at the property, these are installed for operational and safety purposes. The sign allows vendors, code enforcement, and emergency responders to quickly identify the property manager and contact us if there is an issue at the home, especially in situations where the resident may not be present. This helps ensure that problems such as leaks, hazards, or maintenance concerns can be reported and addressed as quickly as possible. With respect to the security deposit, our move-out accounting process includes comparing the documented move-in condition with the condition of the property at move-out, along with vendor invoices for any necessary cleaning, repairs, or replacements beyond normal wear and tear. Any charges withheld from a deposit are based on that documentation and the actual work required to return the home to a rentable condition for future tenants.
