I have processed two orders with ASAP Translate recently. The staff was very helpful with computer functions to help me transfer files to process the orders. The people at ASAP listen to the needs of the customer and effectively provide excellent quality documents and a service that creates a pleasant experience instead of what would otherwise become a burdensome task. They conscientiously process orders in a confidential manner with dependable service at a fair price no matter what the volume of documents. I will utilize their services in the future for services I know I can trust.

I am waiting for my notarized hardcopy for almost three weeks. There is no one in the customer support, only the answering machine. Live Chat doesn't work either. Is the company broke? First, they said I didn't pay for the mail. I proved them wrong. Then they mixed up my name with the order number. Finally, they sent me the confirmation email again, and I confirmed again. Now, I am still waiting. No answer, no hardcopy.

This is the second time I've used ASAP services. They are prompt and professional. I will definitely use them again.

The translation was not grammatically correct in some sections, and seemed like it was put through Google Translate. I wish they had proofread their translation before sending it to me, because while the topics/ideas were conveyed, it was missing punctuation and had incorrect verb tenses.

I was worried because I needed the translated documents in less than the promised 24 hours., however I got the completed documents in about 14 hours! I was very happy!

Worst service EVER. I requested the translation of a birth certificate, wich is a really really easy document. They made ELEVEN mistakes in 2 pages, eleven! Names misspelled, wrong dates, added information that was not even on original documents... THE BEST PART IS THAT WHEN I COMPLAINED, THEY DIDN´T EVEN APOLOGIZE... but of course they charged $150 for 4 pages with bad translations...hilarious. BAD TRANSLATION SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
