I have used ASAP Translate in the past without any issues but the last time they totally mistranslated a phrase. I speak the language so I caught their mistake and they corrected it. Had I not spoken the other language the phrase might have tanked my fiance visa application. It’s as if they were using an AI translator and not a native speaker.

The customer service reply is timely. Translator needs additional efforts in font editing.

Communication was difficult to get this job going. The "prompts" structure on phone is frustrating. My attorney thought the translation was sub-par. I cannot opine as I did not read the Hebrew - I just passed it along

Good translation all in all. However, there was a mistake on the translation, which I had to adjust myself.

I had 5 documents to be translated from Japanese to English. In the initial document submission they request Names, Addresses etc for an accurate translation. This was obviously ignored. I have to be honest, they got the documents translated together ASAP! but with wrong Names, addresses, and date formats in all documents were different which makes them confusing. I send through some info and they corrected and send through a revised order fairly quickly and I noticed a lot of careless typos. So I send through another mail showing some appreciation of their quick response etc and there was some typos that needed to be fixed. I got a mail back with some attitude and they accused me of tampering with original documents "First two are already done, and the third one was already done as well, do you want to change the first status of the W*** residence card because in the original documents clearly says student? And we cannot tamper the document. Also do you want to add the data of T****** T******* on the Notifier section, because in the original documents it is not? And again we cannot tamper the document." So I got really upset with them at this point because they wouldn't even check what I had asked them to instead give me attitude. I decided to screen shot the errors and circle it with red and type in the correction in a text box and send it back. They dropped the attitude right away and send me a revised order with the accurate translation. I am happy with the service, but I don't tolerate an attitude for any given reason and negligence. Most people that send in these documents need to send it to USCIS and if there are errors on these documents. It could seriously delay the application or even cause the application to be denied! So drop the attitude and give a fair service to people. Its a simple job.

My paper got translated super fast, but there were some mistakes that I hope won't matter much to the USCIS.
