Just ordered unit
Just ordered unit 3-15-18. We haven't been onsite yet. The ordering process was great. 3-16-18 Received a confirmation email that the unit was "NOT" on schedule for delivery, but we must call in for a pickup date. I called to confirm that it "WAS" on schedule and Chris was rude in confirming their mistake. Poor customer service. Let's hope the rest goes well.

Poor Service
Although pleasant on the telephone, they were a no show with our rental item. I called them several times to confirm the delivery and were told that it would be delivered within the hour; hours came and went... When contacted (via email and voicemail) about the no show, we received no response.

Hi Mark, The dumpster has not been removed because you have a past due balance of $2,669.04. We are in the process of trying to collect form the people you borrowed money form. Please call Deb at 904-626-0712 to make payment so we can remove the dumpster!

Customer service great, company policies need improvement.
Overall all okay experience. They delivered the dumpster on time but did not pick up on time. Had a few issues with the final invoice. I was charged a $75 removal fee and overage fee. I ordered the 20 cubic yard dumpster and did not fill it up. It was filled with household garbage and the company claimed it weighed 4.81 tons. Impossible. I think the dumpster was full of rainwater and that was the overage. Should work out a better system to ensure that the company and the customers are not being ripped off. Worked with Danielle on the customer service team and I would give her 10 gold stars. I was annoyed and stressed and she was kind and helpful. She answered all my questions and helped work through some of my concerns. If I ever use this company again, it will be because of her AMAZING customer service.

Treasure Pennington was very helpful
Treasure Pennington was very helpful - her customer service convinced ARS that this is a company we will like to use across the USA for our construction business needs. However, the general staff attitude and knowledge...at the (888) 413-5105 - was undesirable. Simply, to answer a scheduling question, each person we spoke to had a different answer or did not know - or passed us on to the next. While, on our job site we wait for equipment, not knowing when it will show. Unprofessional to say the least. Disappointed - ARS, Inc

Arwood waste is outstanding
Arwood waste is outstanding, have great customer service. Just pay attention to there rates, there will be extra charges if you don't follow there guide lines.

Quarterly quote but only annual billing available
I found that the online request for service quoted quarterly rates but only let me pay for annual service. Yes there was a20% discount, but I really could only afford quarterly payments.
