The customer service reps were very helpful with my order of a porta potty.

We were treated so professionally by the employees. The facility was very clear and well maintained. Will use again.

Great customer service, able to answer all question and very prompt at getting services to job site.

So far my experience has been smooth and easy. We’ll see how skillful the driver is placing the container at my home... and I’ll be interested to see the whole transaction through to the end. But so far so good.

The scheduling process was very simple and both representatives were very nice and professional.

Service/delivery person and phone service people all very friendly and nice. Very clean units. Decent price but could be better.

In ordering the Porta John the representative was very helpful and pleasant in outlining all the facets of getting the item to my home. As I was not home at the time of delivery the driver called me and I directed him to where to place the Porta John. No problem and he was very cooperative and nice. Thank you all for the efficient service you provided to me in delivery and pickup!

Very clean unit. Super easy and convenient ordering system. Very happy with the experience.
