We ordered a porta john and a dumpster for a confirmed Monday delivery. I received a call Monday to inform me that they are very backed up and couldn't get porta john to site until Thursday. Was also informed that dumpster wouldn't be there til Wednesday. I was ok with dumpster delivery on Wednesday, which occurred. My issue is the sanitary part of not having a place for my crew of 8 to go the bathroom. They had to load up in trucks and drive 15 minutes away to use a bathroom. That amounts to major loss of production and more importantly..... dignity. Fortunately, I was able to find a local business that responded promptly and as promised.

This company is the worst. The only time they did what was promised was delivering the dumpster. After that there is no customer service. They won't answer emails. It took several calls to get the dumpster removed, then a month after it was removed I received a email invoice for over weight. After it was paid I started to get threatening emails saying I hadn't paid. After several emails and call they finally removed me from there past due list. It was very disapointing for such a large company, I will never do business with them or recomend them to anyone.

Never Showed UP.

This company was unprofessional in that they continued to demand payments already made, they would not pick up their equipment when asked and then billed us for that time period. I would not suggest this company for your equipment rental needs. And to top it off, I am on their list to receive cheery emails from now until eternity.

Worst service possible. I have ordered two-three dumpsters several years back and paid for them as well as overages. When I was charged the overage again, months after completion of service. I have spoke with customer service to correct the matter and provided the receipts. They assured they would fix it, yet nothing was ever changed and each month id get a new invoice with more charges added to it!!! I disregarded the invoices after speaking and emailing them maybe 10 more times. Lesson of the story is avoid at all costs. They are incompetent, do yourself a favor and chose the hundreds of other dumpster providers, costs are relatively the same. So choose a real company that doesn't subcontract its dumpsters and has no idea how to manage accounts!!!
