My wedding day - June 11, 2016 - Not happy with your service! I changed my order from three to two porta potties and a hand washing station and was charged $847.61 for two porta potties. The hand washing station was not delivered at all and we had to set up our own. When I was contacted on June 13th, I was told that I would be charged $427.86 for the two porta potties, not each, from Ms. T. Henley. I expect a refund in the amount of $419.75 for the difference. As a matter of fact, when I first ordered the porta potties, I was guaranteed that the porta potties would be very nice because it was for my wedding. When they arrived, they looked like something straight from a construction site and definitely not worth the money. I tried to reach Ms. Henley several times and got no response. I have been waiting to hear from your company. I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt to send me my refund within the next 30 days. To Trustpilot - I trust you will relay this review with Arwood. Also, I could not open your Terms & Conditions all the way except for the first few lines, but I had to check it in order to send it. I am not in acceptance of something I cannot read, even though I checked it. Thank you! F. Nelson

Absolutely the most arrogant & rude customer service out there. Worst I've ever experienced doing business with a company to purchase a service.

The dumpster was several days late and Arwood could not even tell me where it was or when it would arrive. Afterwards, they tried to bill me for the extra days in which it wasn't here. When I attempted to dispute these overages, they immediately placed an illegal lien on my house. While I did get said lein removed promptly, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Terrible service, unacceptable customer service, and an overall horrible experience. Literally any other company would be better. Do not hire. *edit* Trust pilot verified me as a customer, and in fact they solicited me for my review. Any claim otherwise is a shallow attempt by Arwood to save face.

I will never allow Arwood Waste on another of our job sites. Their invoicing was confusing and when I tried to figure out exactly what was going on, (by calling their office), I was ALWAYS told that this lady was "busy", "on the other line", etc. A few weeks later I FINALLY I got to the bottom of it, so I thought, and they told me what my balance was. A few days later we got a lien in the mail regarding non payment. Excuse me???? I didn't even know what I was supposed to pay! And not to mention, the lien amount was not what she told me the balance was a day before. I will never do business with them again. I asked for an apology/explanation from their manager to the owner of the building they filed a lien and I did not receive anything. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! **Arwood waste replied to this, not sure how to respond. You're telling me that I'm not a verified customer, but your company is the one that emailed us and asked for a review. I gave you the review, from my experience. Thanks.

You all suck. First you quoted me one price and charged a different one. Then, you did not pick up on the scheduled day and tried to charge me extra. Lastly, within three weeks of receiving the first bill, which was wrong, you filed a lien against my company and the property that the units were delivered to. You made some poor old lady pay to have the lien removed, when you never should have filed a lien on anyone within 30 days invoice. You are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I hope that you get sued for your illegal business practices.

Bad customer service they put me on hold minutes after they hang up, TWICE, they promise they will drop off the dumpster on the schedule time but they don't. be very careful on what they charge you I was getting charge for a 15 yrds dumpster and they sent me a 10 yrds one. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Ordered a rolloff in tucson paid 1000 dollars for delivery and deposit. Rolloff did not fit in driveway, never got rolloff or money back. Company is out of Florida and got the run around on phone, called at least 25 times in 8 months and finally considered the money lost. Signed contract stating any litigation against Arwood, they will use deposit to pay for attorney fees. Zero stars.

I used them and called to have my dumpster picked up . and it took them over a month to pick it up . and they charged me for the entire month . when I had called them to pick it up and then told me I had to pay for it . not a nice company my name is susan rabon in st marys ga
