Very bad experience with this place. I have already wrote a review and put on internet. Would not recommend! Arwood Waste dropped a container that we had not requested to be dropped and was going to get a lawyer to get payment when we did not even use the container after us calling them and told them we didn't order a additional container. We called them and told them we didn't order it and it took them a week to pick the empty container back up. They are scams!

This company claims to be local however they charge double the price to rent a portable toilet and the contract with local companies and pay them half price. It is false advertising with what they are doing. DO NOT use them they will rip you off.

I received contrasting emails and my service was never started.

if you are the guys that come early in the morning and bang those waste containers on the concrete then I really don't care for you much.

Horrible, horrible people. Withdrew funds from my account without permission or service! No one ever returned calls. BBB does nothing. FB posts get removed. Arwood says I'm not a customer because I didn't leave an email address?? There was no place to add that, Arwood. And only people who have dealt with you are asked to fill out this survey! Come on, grown up, own it.

Ordered a dumpster on 5/10, was supposed to be delivered on 5/12. Didn't show up. Called, over and over. Every call was "It'll be there tomorrow." Frustrated, I cancelled after 2 weeks of the same excuses. Will never use this company again. Update: To address your response, yours was the worst customer service I have received in recent memory. You had 2 weeks to address my concerns but didn't do anything. I am done with your company.

This company lied to me and stole from me. I opened a month to month acct. With the sales person for my business. I only needed a dumpster for 1 month a business that I was closing down. After I was finished with the dumpster I called them and closed the acct. A new business moved in a month after. 3 months after I closed the acct. I got an email from the company saying I owe them an outrageous amount of money. I called, emailed, and mailed for someone to get back to me regarding this issue with no response back. Aperently the place that moved into my old business was using the dumpster and I was being charged for it. So 1 year later I still tried and tried to resolve this issue and no one has reached out or attempted to resolve this issue. Would not recommend anyone to do business with them.
