My toilet that I ordered in plenty of time did not show for mine and my husband's 50th birthday celebration. We had 100 guests with only one toilet that was provided by the facility. Your contractors or however it works failed me. I had better not receive a bill for a toilet that didn't show or ended up who know where. Yelp is my next stop.

Ordered service online Called several times Never heard back from them. Finally I called and actually talked to a person who was going to find out when container would be delivered and call me back. I NEVER heard back so I canceled the order. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

Went through all of the steps to rent a portable toilet. Gave them my payment info, address, and everything was confirmed. Then 3 days before delivery, they told me they were overbooked. Edit: I called and they were not overbooked. They said they do not deliver to my location. I asked why they had not told me that before and the very nice sales lady said they can't see that information until the rental is confirmed and a manager takes a look at it. Seems like a poor business model when the sales team can't see where their company delivers.

I called to order a Porta potty beginning June 2 for approx a month. The person I spoke to took all my info, including my credit card number & set it all up for me. I received an email to confirm the arrival for June 2. Then a few days later I get another email that said "we overbooked & can't deliver a Porta potty to your residence. And then on May 30 I get another email & it says, "we work with many partner companies.....and one of our proven service partners will deliver your requested unit on-site." I decided to call to see if this email was legit. There were 4 different numbers on the page. I called everyone & never hot a person to speak with. I waited all day on Friday, June 2nd & no Porta potty was delivered. As I am living in a camp trailer while my new house is finished, I am extremely unhappy & dissatisfied with the non service of your company. On Monday the 5th I am calling someone else. Sonce I couldn't count on you, please make sure my request shows I did not get any unit & that I do not want you to fulfill the order at a later date. R. Gray. Butte, MT

I placed a order for a porta Jon on a Tuesday I was told it would be delivered on Thursday and it's a week later and it still hasn't been delivered. I would never try this company again and I would tell anyone I know to never use this company again.

got a quote, but it didn't include the weight. Cost us $9000.

Absolutely unprofessional and overall horrible company. I was given a quote and I ordered a dumpster based on that quote and was told it included all costs and fees. Then the day before I needed the dumpster delivered I received an email they would be charging me an extra $200 because of the service area even though they had the address from the very beginning. I will never use Arwood Waste again and will make sure no one I know uses them either.

My experience was awful. The entire team at Arwood Waste would not return phone calls. Took over a week to try and schedule a delivery of a portable restroom and still could not reach anyone for approx. delivery date. After a week and a half of trying to get the restroom to the jobsite. I finally cancelled and had a delivery from another company within 24 hours for 1/2 the price Arwood Waste was going to charge us. I would not recommend this company at all for anything.
