Horrible service, didn't deliver porta potty and wouldn't return calls or compensate.

My unit did not arrive at all. The wedding was far more expensive because I had to order a facility from your competitor.

They decided they couldn't pick up my junk at the price they quoted and simply didn't show up. They didn't call or give me a chance to accept or decline the new price - Just took me off the schedule. Don't use this company.

Ok, we rented a porta potty from this company for a childrens event. We had an event set for a certain date and we had to reschedule it because of weather. We called and rescheduled it and we had to reschedule it again because of weather. So the lady I talked to told me that I needed to call three days prior to so they could schedule a pick up and that would be no problem. Two days before our event they came and picked up the porta potty. We called and because they did not put it in the computer that I had called to reschedule the pickup they would not refund us nor bring back the porta potty. I have proof on my phone that we talk to them and for how long and what time and what day. But they still would not work with us. So if you want a porta potty do not get that from this company. They are unreasonable and will not do anything to help. The rentals are for 28 days we had it for maybe 14 days.

I contacted Atwood regarding my need for toilet and hand wash station at my job site in Greenville, TX on 6/6/17. At that time i indicated that i would like to have the units on site as soon as possible and was told that they could probably be delivered that afternoon, but if not by the morning of the 7th. The units were not delivered on the 6th and by the afternoon of the 7th, I contacted Atwood to inquire about my request. I asked to speak with Zaria whom I had originally placed my order. I was told that she could not take my call but she would be notified to call me back. I called later in the day after sufficient time for her to return my call and was told she was at lunch but that she would return my call. I never heard from Zaria on the 7th. I called on the morning of the 8th to discuss my issues with the failure to receive my units and was told by Zaria that she must have written the date for delivery down as the 8th instead of the 6th. She said that she was sorry and would send an email to the delivery point to find out when I would get my units delivered. Long story short is that my toilet and eye wash station were not delivered until the afternoon of June 8th. I will never use Atwood again.

The delivery of the porta-potty and quality of the rental was fine. We were not pleased with the very last minute notice that the PRICE of the rental was going to be MUCH higher than originally quoted. The "new" price was given at much to late an hour to procure another rental, so we ended up paying much more than desired to a company that made an error in their initial quote.

The did not show up on the day they promised. Then they showed up unannounced the following day. We live out of town and did not receive the 2 hour notice they promised. We still have not received the container as promised and they already billed out credit card.

Terrible customer service! I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and was told it would be delivered this Tuesday by 5PM. Tuesday passes, no email or call, I wait all Wednesday morning to get feedback regarding my order. Wednesday evening I called and the girl who answered the phone had no idea why my order would have been neglected (didn't really seem to care either) and said she would call me back shortly to tell me what happened.. Never got a call! Here we are Thursday morning and I will be calling to CANCEL my yearly rental. They have lost the business of our entire landscaping company.
