Absolutely terrible! We ordered two portable toilets for October 20th for my son's funeral which was taking place at Honey Creek Woodlands Nature Preserve located in Conyers Georgia. There was 250 people that attended and Arwood Waste never delivered them. Obviously not a comfortable situation. They were to be delivered at 12 noon. We called twice when they didn't show and they absolutely lied to us and said they were on the way both times.Then the third time they said it was scheduled for the next day. We had a confirmation e-mail from Arwood that stated delivery on the 20th which was the day of the funeral. So frustrating especially considering the circumstances.

Our dumpter was delivered late. We filled it about 75% full of typical household items. It took them 4 days to pick the dumpster up. We were charged $100 more than the amount quoted and then they charged us another $278 because the contents were 1.5 tons overweight! We manually loaded the dumpster ourselves and I doubt that there was even one ton in it. They did refund the $100 that they'd overcharged us, however. To make matters worse, at the same time (to the minute) that I received the email containing the original invoice for the overcharge I received one telling my that my account was overdue along with a text telling me the same thing. They eventually figured out that they had my credit card and charged that. I will never deal with these people again.

Reserved a portable toilet in May for a September 23 wedding. I received an email the day after reserving the unit and verified all delivery info was correct. The day the unit was to be delivered, 9/22, I called to verify that the toilet would be delivered and I verified all info again. No toilet ever arrived. I've left numerous voicemails and emails trying to get in touch with the company but nothing returned. Not at all happy.

If i could give a half a star, I would. I just got married on Sept 16th, biggest day of my life. I reserved a portable restroom for this day months in advance. I called early on Sept 16th for the restrooms and customer service said they will get back to me with an ETA. 2 hours before the wedding and no phone call. I called once again requesting for the restroom. It was now an urgent emergency to have these restrooms. Guest are requesting where to use the restroom and I'm in shock that the restrooms have not showed. They never called back and they never delivered the restrooms. i had to call another company and put an emergency order for a portable toilet. I am disgusted with this company and will NEVER recommend Arwood waste and demolition. If the owner/manager only knew the pain we went thru because they did not deliver. It was unnecessary pain and stress Arwood caused.

Do not use this business. I rented a flushable port a potty with a sink for hand washing for an outdoor wedding reception on a Saturday evening through Arwood Waste, delivered by A Royal Flush. While it was delivered on time, it was delivered dirty, and not working properly. I did ask the delivery guy if he could spray it out with water to clean it and he did, however It was supposed to be flushable (the main reason I rented it) and the guy that delivered it told me it was full of water "ready to go"....once I discovered that it would not work, I began calling them over and over with no answer and no call back. Now I have 80 guest with no place to go to the restroom and no one will return my call. 2 hours into the reception, we finally determined that it in fact did "not" have water in it. With no way to get water to it because it is outdoor and we had no water source, we had to haul individual buckets of water to fill it up. Once it was full, it had a leak in the drain plug and the floor stayed wet and nasty. I was so frustrated for paying over $300 for a one night rental. When someone from A Royal Flush did call me back.... 2 days later, he accused me of lying saying that he in fact knew that it did have water in it before it left the lot because he "checked it himself", but then went on to say that the delivery guy was supposed to fill it up with the tank on the truck. (I guess we just wanted to haul water to it) He then told me that they do not work on Saturdays and said "do you work on Saturday's??".....The Customer Service is terrible and they do not care about ruining what could have been a beautiful wedding reception....This was a 3rd party rental as I went through Arwood Waste for the actual rental and Arwood was just as bad as A Royal Flush! I would NEVER use this place, or Arwood Waste again and I will continue to let everyone I know to not use either of them. Lori Castle

This is the worst company I have ever delt with in my life. Had a family reunion and they never showed up. Called them and they told us they would be out with delivery the second day of our reunion and still did not show up. Complained and wrote letter to the president of the company and no response. Three years later I get an email asking to rate this company. Well here you go!

Toilets never showed up for our wedding! I ordered a 2-stall toilet trailer 3 months before the event and received a confirmation email/contract and was told I would receive a phone call for payment information. I never heard from them again and called to confirm dropoff the day before the wedding. I gave my name and order info, the woman said it was "on time". I repeated the information to make sure it was accurate and asked if there was a delivery time window listed and she rudely said "no ma'am...it says it's on time". Toilet never showed up. While I was getting ready to get married, my dad was calling and calling, leaving messages- no answer, no response. So very dissapointed.. horrible.

Quoted me one price then when up 100.00 Did not call me 1 hour prior to del. as promised. The unit was filthy when delivered.
