Very Very Very rude company, disrespectful to people
Very very rude, manager has the worst attitude along with employees under him, named Toni. Never use this company .. I have no idea how a company is even open with how they treat customers. They hang up the phone on you, curse at customers, and do not even know how to treat a human being let alone a customer. Don’t use this company.

Friendly company
The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly! Also they were able to accommodate our needs.
UPDATE: after we had searched and searched and thought we had found someone and even got our receipt acknowledging they would deliver, they sent an email saying they had "overbooked" themselves. now, we don't have anyone. thanks

Bait and switch pricing and horrible service
Bait and switch pricing and horrible customer “service.” I placed my order with a highly rated local dumpster company, and was surprised to receive an order confirmation from Arwood, which isn’t local. The original price quoted when I placed my order was increased by $150. When I called to speak to a representative to discuss the price change he was rude, contradicted me when I read him the reason stated in the email, argued with me about what I must have ordered (despite the details included in the Arwood order confirmation email) and then hung up on me without confirming cancellation of my order when I requested it. Afterward, it was impossible to connect with an actual human being in sales or accounting to confirm that the order was cancelled, yet the emails about the order’s delivery and payment on my charge card continued to be delivered. No one ever responded to subsequent calls or emails requesting confirmation of the cancellation and I continue to monitor my credit card statement to be certain the charge wasn’t made. Arwood talks about how much it cares about customer relationships, but actions speak louder than words.

Terrible was told I would not be billed. The porta pottie was not delivered and Zillmann was still forced to pay. Too expensive than local company. I will never use again

Good morning Susan Barnard,
You cancelled when our preferred hauler showed up and you told them they had ordered through someone else. We were charged in full by our vendor. Please understand we did as contracted and its sad that you are now bashing our company..... I will email you at [email protected] with all the details of your order.... If you would like to discuss this please call us at 904-751-2177.

This is the worst company on the …
This is the worst company on the planet! I have lost so many hours just trying to get them to service the portapotty and even just remove it. I got the portable toilet back in Augest and not once have they serviced it. I have called every week and they keep saying they will send someone out. I have complained to the better BB and I ask is that they come and take it off my property. They will not come get it and keep charging me for something I can not even use.

In the three years I had your service I recorded you not picking up my trash 23 times that’s almost 6 months of missed pick ups. I’m glad I cancelled this service and found other means of disposal.

We apologize for your negative experience. After a thorough database search, we are unable to locate record of your pickup request. Once received, requests are confirmed by our team before pickups are scheduled. If you have information that contradicts our findings, please email: [email protected] and we will be more than willing to waive the fee. Or call Maria at 904-626-0712.
I tried to email you at [email protected].

A NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE WITH ARWOOD WASTE
First of all Arwood Waste advertises under several web sites on the internet to be a "local" company. I even put my zip code in and they came up as a local porta potty rental company in Morgan Hill, Calif. They are in fact located all the way on the other side of the United States in Florida.
I wanted to support my local businesses, but oh well, I let this pass. The porta potty was delivered no problem. I had signed a contract with Arwood that included once a week clean out of the waste.
Arwood could somehow not communicate the terms of this contract with the local porta potty company and NO ATTEMPT was made to straighten it out. The porta potty remained uncleaned for 3 plus weeks. Numerous calls did little good. The whole neighborhood started to smell.
After numerous calls, someone finally came and emptied it out. But then the next week, no one comes again. Calls did little to no good and people at Arwood would not return calls. Calling the Events Services number on the porta potty unit did little to no good as well and they repeatedly told I was on a clean on a call in only basis.
But I am sitting here with a contract in my hand stating that I have once a week automatic cleaning/emptying!!! This went back and forth with no solution.
I made calls and texts messages stating "look you guys, no hard feelings, this is a simple problem with a simple solution. Simply set it up so that my porta potty gets emptied out once a week (as per honoring your contract), give me a credit on my next bill to reflect all the weeks you did not come out, and we can continue doing business."
Apparently this was not possible. Then on Thursday morning, 11-30-17, I look out my front window and see another old beat up construction Porta potty from United Toilets prominently displayed in my front yard by the sidewalk. "What is this? I wonder." I ask the neighbors if they ordered it and everyone said "no". The original porta potty is still in my back. Why did I now have two porta potties I wonder?
This is a high end neighborhood and they do not tolerate things like old porta potties sitting out on display by the sidewalk. Now neighbors are getting upset and driving by taking pictures of the unit to report me. I felt like they were about to form a posse/lynch mob.
On Thursday afternoon a man in a white truck pulls up in my front yard with another porta potty in the back. I go out front to ask him what is up and he says something to the effect that he has to swap porta potties and he is here to pick up the one hidden in the back where it belongs. I told him at least 4 times that I would not open the gate to let him pick up the back yard unit unless he promised to put the one on the street in the back in it's place. This man looked me right in the eyes and promised several times he would take the nice one out and put the gross one in the back in it's place.
He loaded up the back potty, drove out to the front driveway, paused seemingly on his phone as I stood next to the drivers side door reminding him move the other one to the back. Suddenly he hits the gas and zooms out of there leaving the ugly unit out by my sidewalk.
I was SHOCKED at the level of deceit and lack of any kind of business professionalism.
My business partner Clay kept calling Arwood waste to ask this porta potty to be removed. And so did I. We got the "brush off" attitude from your staff and no calls were returned.
On Friday I called the 1800 United toilets number on the unit. I got a hold of a man named Fred in the national dept. He informed me the soonest the porta potty could be removed would be the following Monday.
Mean while my guests staying in the cabin in back, refuse to go out to the street to use that old junk outhouse. So we have problems from all angles.
The following Monday came and went. No calls from Arwood, porta potty has not been removed as promised.
More neighbors are up in arms and now becoming threatening.
By Tuesday it was finally removed. OBVIOUSLY as I stated on the phone to one of your employees, I want to end all business dealings with Arwood.
Another little piece of info. I don't know what crazy kind of logic was behind the treatment I received, but SOMEONE should be held accountable!
Before the old United unit was delivered on my front driveway, I had spoken with a Leanne in accounting about getting my next bill adjusted and credit for all the times they did not come out and empty the toilet. Her attitude was a sigh of disgust and and "oh brother" kind of response. Very unprofessional.
What could have been a simple straight forward long term business arrangement between Arwood Waste and myself turned in to a nightmare that nobody made any attempt to resolve.
Oh wait, there was one person named "Brandy" that actually seemed concerned enough to try to fix the situation, but the next time I called back to talk to him, I was informed he was no longer employed with Arwood.
Which begs the question, was he too interested in customer service to fit in with the "who cares"? company policy?
I trust someone is listening to this report of a very unfortunate series of events...

Howdy Carol "Food Stamp" Clausen,
I listed the notes form our system in response to your rapid allegations of poor service. 10/23 we got the first call of a missed service call on this location and we dispatched the work order to get the unit serviced. 11/30 we got another call with the same issue but you said the unit hadn't been serviced at all during the rental until the week before. We gave you a $100.00 credit towards the rental for the missed service and we corrected the problem that day and got another unit that would be serviced weekly to you. You called our office yelling at multiply sales representatives because the unit you put notes in for the workers was removed and you wanted that back we put in for the unit to be moved in the back however the location wasn't accessible for the driver to clean . So the issue when it was known in the office as more then just one missed service was corrected quickly and professionally . We tried emailing your [email protected] email that we found all over the net from were you have bashed other companies. FYI, the reason the driver drove off is because the dispatcher told him to leave because we do not except food stamps for payment. Please call 904-751-2177 if you have any other reasons.....
