These people will take all your money! They quote you $441 for 3 months and when you give them your credit card - they then days later tell you its now $741 for 3 months. Do not use these people.

Told me they serviced our area. Took credit card information. Then 4 days later, texted me that they are "Booked" in our area and they would not be providing services and that they didn't charge my card.

Was called and everything confirmed and then I get an e-mail stating they were overbooked. Bunch of scam artists

We were given a quote for service. I received a confirmation in an email with the correct price. Two days later, I received another quote with a price increase of $100 over the quote! This is unacceptable. I canceled my order.

Dumpster was not emptied despite five documented phone calls to do so. I drove over 600 miles to complete my job only to find the dumpster still full. I was charged for the dumpster being overweight for the first empty. Had the dumpster been emptied as I asked, it would not have been overweight. I was also charged for having the dumpster for extra days; I did not ask for extra days - those happened because the dumpster was not emptied as requested. Those extra day charges were reversed. I will never use this company again

I am completely dissatisfied with Arwood Waste. From the on-online order to the interactions with staff; my experience has been that their service is unreliable and undependable. The on-line statement of "No Gimmicks" should have been a clue. I asked for one porta unit to be delivered to my job site. A staff member called me later to state that it could not be delivered until the next morning early. I have just put in a call to the fourth person to ask when the unit will be delivered - it is not here yet, it was ordered 3 days ago and meanwhile the crews have no place to use the bathroom. I would encourage perspective customers not to use this company in Atlanta.

Terrible experience trying to rent a dumpster. Remodeling a vacation home and needed a dumpster for one week. The quote was good so we put in the order. The order included the address and exact rental timeframe. We get an email saying that they are adding $200 because of "distance" and another $100 because they don't have the size we ordered and are upgrading us to the next size. They even gave us a time limit to get back to them or it wouldn't be delivered. We felt screwed over but we needed the dumpster so we agreed. They dropped it off and we had it for the week. We were not supposed to be charged until it got picked up so we checked the credit card statement to make sure that we had been charged. Two weeks later we go back to the house and the dumpster is still there. I call and leave a voicemail. The next day I get a call back and they clearly have not heard my voicemail. I asked why the dumpster is still there and they tell me that I was supposed to call and ask for it to be picked up. This was part of the agreement that I apparently did not notice. So I asked if I'm going to be charged extra for the time it was there and they say yes. So now we are in the hole with this dumpster rental and there's nothing we can do about it. Overall a terrible customer experience.
