Horrible service

Company never delivered the portable toilet. And sent me a rude email with no explanation of why they did not. I called another company, which had no shown affiliation with this company online. The company I called said they were going deliver the potable toilet for the other company but they owed them money and had not paid them. This company is very shady. Use them at your own risk!

We were told the porta potties were going to be delivered for my in laws wedding between 7 am and 7pm. They never showed up. Trying to figured out bathroom arrangements for 100 people in the woods last minute was not ideal.

Company Ripped me off. Billed me in advanced after I canceled the service. Will not send me refund! Rep Lee Ann Smith will not call me Back!!!

We called in and got a quote for a 6 yard dumpster with weekly dump on a 1 year contract. This was on Tuesday on Thursday we received an email stating that we would have to pay almost twice as much with a new 3 year contract. This is after they agreed on price and collected payment. We called to verify and were told to just pay it and sign the new contract. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

First of all I called and was told to call back by 3pm to order a porta potty. I called a 913 area code number which is in KS where my business was located. I called back multiple times but the call was never answered. I finally got through at 2:20pm and was told that it was after 3pm and too late. Apparently you are in Florida and I am just supposed to guess that. Finally they agreed to the order. I was told it would be $213 and gave my credit card number. I was told I would get a receipt by email. I did not get a receipt so I tried calling today to make sure the porta potty was going to be delivered. Apparently there was extra fee that had to be approved by 4pm yesterday. I was never called. Then when I called today I was hung up on twice. Finally a manager said they would put it through. But I was still going to be charged an extra $75 from what I had been quoted. So nearly $300 for one porta-pottie. I told the manager no. Had I not called today I would have just assumed the porta-potta was coming and never known until tomorrow. I asked for the extra fee to be waived as you have awful customer service. You refused. The manager hung up on me so I called another company that is local and ordered a porta-pottie. For $85. You are truly the worst company I have ever dealt with and should be ashamed at the people you have working for you.

I am very disappointed with the non-service given by AW. I went on-line looking for a dumpster co. that serviced Turlock, CA and AW was one of the companies listed that stated they serviced the Turlock area. I called and booked a 40 ft dumpster to be delivered in two days. The next day I received a text stating " Oops Arwood Waste has overbooked for your order at.....Turlock, California 95380 *No service to this location.. Your card has not been charged. We apologize."

They sure me that they could deliver the item to the location requested. Few days before they told me they couldnt. SO they left me on a bad position for my event. I am very disappointing I contacted them.
