The Customer service person was very helpful and friendly on the phone. The unit arrived when they said they would and placed the unit in a challenging location on rough terrain. The unit was picked up when they said they would. Every person I dealt with along the way were very nice and polite. Excellent service overall.

The service has been perfect. On time, predictable with no surprise. The gentleman who comes out and cleans the porta potty unit is respectful, super thorough and pleasant.It is easy to pay the bill online.

ASAP helped us in a very trying time. We needed a handicap porto pottie and one was ordered. Somehow the information got lost and I was told I could not get one and that was unbearable news as my entire event relied on this handicap accessible porto pottie. The management took time to hear what was really going on and stepped in and made it work. That was amazing cusomter service. Everyone makes mistakes, and ASAP fixed theirs. Thank you again.
